4) MLS® Exposure
I will place your home on the Multiple Listing Service for no extra cost. This exposes your home to thousands of real estate representatives and their prospective buyers. Most often houses are sold by other Realtors who represent qualified buyers seriously looking at any given time for a home.
5) For Sale Sign
You are working with a premiere real estate brokerage Royal Lepage Hallmark. The distinctive and easily recognized For Sale Sign will be placed on your front lawn shortly after the MLS listing is signed. The sign is very important as it helps advertise your property to potential buyers who may be driving or walking by. Your neighbours may also know other people (friends, colleagues) who may be interested in buying.
6) Listing Publications
In order to achieve maximum exposure advertising may be done with the Saskatoon Star Phoenix and other publications which really helps get the word out there.
7) Public Open Houses
A public open house is another potentially strong marketing activity designed to attract motivated buyers to a home. The response and attendance can be enhanced by an ad in the local Star Phoenix newspaper Real Estate insert published weekly.
I advertise in the local community newspapers (such as Snap, the Annex Guardian, Bloor West Villager, Beach Metro/Mirror and Etobicoke Guardian) to let buyers know about the open house or to attract an appointment to tour your home. Neighbours can also be notified of the new listing as well as any scheduled open houses via an exclusive special invitation.
